tender scalp
hello -
has anyone experienced a tender painful scalp area? I woke up and scratched my head and felt inclredible pain from my scalp in 1 area. I have my hair constantly in a scruntchie (even when i sleep) maybe this can be a problem. anyone else ever had a really tender / painful scalp?

Yes, I have had this when my hair is up too long. I usually take a shower, and it eases the pain.

No.... I said when it is up too long, I mean I have it tied back for hours and hours. Not that my hair is too long.
