I will keep your grandmother in my prayers that she 'passes' peacefully... My nanny was 95 year's old to when she passed she had a stroke and it was so devastating.I'm sorry Noreen.

Noreen I am so sorry!!! Its not easy losing anyone, especially someone you are super close with. I am praying for her, that she goes peacefully, without any pain and that she knows how much she is truly loved and will be missed.

In a way, Im sure it's better to be "forewarned" that it's the time for a loved one to go, but on the other hand, it makes it even harder just knowing...
Just went to a funeral today, and the granddaughter couldnt put the flower on her nonno's casket. (she's 18, he was late 70's). She just broke down and waited quite a while before a family member practically begged her to.
Ive always said that grandparents are such an amazing part of childrens' and adults' (those of you that are lucky enough) lives.
God Bless your Gram 
Kiss her and hug her lots, and always tell MEgan all the wonderful stories.
