WOW - SCPD exam -
29,300 applicants have plunked down the fee to take tomorrow's exam.....
there are 100 job openings.
YIKES!!

DH has been a NYC cop for 7 years and is taking the test tomorrow. So many people from this precinct are supposed to be taking the test that some of them may actually not be given the day off b/c they dont have enough people to cover them. Some people are nicely volunteering to switch shifts or work for them, but others are not so nice. Luckily DH was smart enough to take vacation so he would make sure there wouldnt be any problems.

So many of our friends are taking the test tomorrow.
Don't forget - the last day to file for the Nassau test is today. The test will be in August.

They gotta pick someone right? I mean its a lot of people, but those 100 or so will make it through.

My sister is taking it too.
She knows the chances of being called are slim, but, she's giving it a try anyway.

I also know a few NYC officers taking it tomorrow as well, then we will all be at the same wedding tomorrow night..LOL
