It appears I may be on to something...
There are certain foods that I KNOW are going to give me heartburn...Ice Tea is one of them...Ice Pops..another culprit...Well today I took 3 Tums BEFORE I ate my lunch (w/Ice Tea) and later on in the day I did the same before I had an Ice Pop..So far I feel great!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to share with my buds.

thats what RN told me at one of my visits! to take Tums before a meal cause it is too late afterwards
