swollen ankles in the a.m.?
ok so i've noticed my ankles are bigger than normal and tend to swell by the end of the day so i get home and try to elevate etc... however this a.m. for the first time i went to get on my shoes and they were tight. my right ankle/foot is more swollen than my left and they stayed this way all day???
i have a doc appt. Thursday and will mention it then but whats up with the sudden swelling first thing in the a.m. I drink a TON of water. I did have sushi yesterday afternoon but i had it with low sodium soy sauce (very little) and drank extra water?

The swelling is no longer going down for me. It goes from swollen to Super swollen.
Ask your dr. to check for protein/pre-eclampsia

That's the same for me. I think that this heat really does it.

same here, I had my DH massage my feet today but it only helped a little bit...

My ankles have been swollen all day lately . My doctor said it will only get worst, especially with the heat. Just make sure your doctor is aware of it.

Mine are worse at night, but they are still swollen in the morning because I barely fit in any of my shoes.
