FP Take Along Swing
Such a huge PIA! I went to return this item to BRU today since it was recalled - and BRU said that I have to call Fisher Price directly.
So now FP is sending me a voucher and I have to send this freaking thing back to them. Just what I want to be doing now! So annoyed!!!

I do have the receipt - the person who gave it to me taped it to the box (and I will def. do that for all gifts from now on - makes life so much easier)
They are sending me the voucher for shipping - I'm not sure how much it would be - but the box is pretty heavy. Once I send it back they will send me a credit for $65.00

I would deal with BRU and ask for a Manager.
They sold you a recalled product and THEY should deal with it.

I made the mistake of telling the girl that it was recalled and she called the manager over. I may go back with DH tomorrow and just try and return it like a regular item without opening my big mouth and see if that works.

This may be a stupid question, but did you check the FP website? Not all of the swings were recalled, only the ones with a specific serial number:
