My 38.5 week appointment
HOlY appointments we had today huh??
Well...Im following suit, with NO news to report.
Still about 80% effaced, cervix soft but no dilation or any other progress.
Saw Dr. Dolisi today, he said they wont let me go past my due date due to the higher then normal amniotic fluid...so....I really DO NOT want to be induced if it can be helped, and will be WALKING and jumping around for the next 12 days it looks like
HE too said I may fail to dilate due to the cervical scarring I have from past cervical surgeries....
So babys comfy, Im gonna be as lazy as possible till hes ready to come

I was looking for you today when I walked out but they were sooooo fast today I couldn't believe it.

well at least you know you are not going past your due date, so the end is in sight  too bad you dont live close by we would be walking together

It could be a funny site though, my SIL says i look and walk like Grimace ( from Mc Donalds) these days

wow... after all those scare, baby changed his mind. Comfy with mommy providing the housing, food, heat, personal hot tub, etc...

Aww Donna, Im sorry you havent progressed as far as dialating goes. I know it's frustrating and you are READY to have this baby!
Induction really isn't all that terrible. I had the high amniotic fluid too so I know what you mean about that.
I keep checking in here to see how you are (I know I've been a little MIA from the boards) but I think about you!!
Can't wait to meet little baby Noah!
