5 reasons NOT to feel guilty
found this in Pregnancy & Newborn magazine and it totally made me feel better, so thought I'd share . . .
1. Prenatal vitamins cover a multitude of dietary sins.
2. A walk around the block isn't that different from a weight-lifting class in terms of benefitting your baby.
3. Relaxing is one of the healthiest things you can do when you are pregnant.
4. Chocolate is full of antioxidants.
5. Ice cream totally counts as calcium.
