Anyone else have Carpal Tunnel?
I just started having it about 2 weeks ago and it STINKS!!! My doctor suggested sleeping with wrist splints. Does anyone do this, and does it help?
I feel like I hit 20 weeks and I am falling apart!! I guess it's payback for no morning sickness.

ME!ME!ME! 
I've had it forever and the swelling in this heat hasn't helped ONE bit. Wear the braces at night, they do help. I have been going for accupuncture and that has helped as well. Unfortunately it comes with the swelling, so until that goes away... join the club! There are MANY members.
It's very frustrating I know.

I had carpal tunnel when i was PG with DD (I also did not have AM sickness). I ended up using a wrist splint for the last trimester and also tried to sleep with my whole arm straight. It was a PITA! It took over a year after i had my DD for it to go away.
And yes the splints helped. I wored it at work, on the train and to sleep.

I tried the splint because my right hand was in so much pain. The pain has gone away, but I have not felt the tips of 3 of my fingers in weeks. I'm looking into acupuncture because I can't write.

I just started getting pain in my wrist 3 or 4 days ago. My fingers are fine but the pain in my wrist gets bad if I dont shake my hand around every once in a while.

ME..I had it BAD before getting pregnant, was going to go for the surgery..
It got REALLY bad early in the Pregnancy, I even considered having the surgery while PG...But it got better.
Sleep with the splints religiously..It will help after a bit.
Now it just started coming back at night more ( even with the splints) at 38 weeks, but I had a period where it was almost better...

I was never diagnosed with it but from what I've read I had it. And it hasn't gone away yet and DS is 4.5 weeks old. My swelling has gone down tremendously, but I still can't wear my rings and my wrists hurt like someone snapped them still.

i had it before being pg...it actually went away for the first few weeks, but its back now...and it hurts
i wear the brace at work all the time

I tried the wrist splint and it didnt work for me.
It was horrible, and very painful. I couldnt write for more than 3 seconds.
It took me forever to write my TY's for my shower
