So all those NSTs were worth it!
Let me preface this with the fact that Tuesday night, I spent 2 hours dealing with BH contractions. The baffling part was how even when I walked around, ate food or drank water, they still came exactly 5 minutes apart, but they didn't HURT at all. I also had a little bit of "spotting."
Today, I had my 2nd non-stress test of the week. During the 1/2 hour I was strapped to the machine, the baby's heartrate plummeted and to be honest, I was scared. I noticed on the paper/graph that there was this strange loop as well...at the same spot where you could see the drop in heartrate (dipped to 120). The dr. walked in and took a glance and said, "Oh, you had a contraction." Thank goodness because now I didn't have to ask about that low heartrate!!! I didn't feel it though!
Then the internal (since I'm 38weeks and they didn't do one last week)....
I am 3cm dilated!
So....it could be any moment or day now! I am excited and a little scared. I keep reaching down to my bump and rubbing it and tearing up...my little baby could be here oh so soon.
In case I do have this baby tonight or over the weekend, I just want to say thanks for all the advice and support!! It's helped me get through some hard times in this pregnancy.

There must have been something in the air on Tuesday and Smdl and I were both in L&D on Tuesday for contractions.
