They are pretty good at times!! They provide some relief for me. I get the most relief from the lemon flavor and I wish that I could buy a whole bag of just lemon ones.

A friend of mine had MS and she tried the Preggo Pops and they were okay. but she liked blow pops better

you may want to try sucking on a lemon, thats what I did and it gave me some relief, but nothing worked 100%...
