those who have sold your houses before...
how many people did you have come look at it before it sold?? our hosue has only been on the market since friday, and we've already had two showings this week, and we're having an open house on sunday... just curious how many "looker" you had! thanks

It was on the Market for a month and we got an offer. It was chance. The buyers have best friends around the corner and family down the block. It was luck for them that the house went on the market and luck for us that they were looking.

we just had a couple, house was on the market for only a couple of weeks. but thats because we got lucky. There were renters on the block that wanted to stay on the block, so they jumped right on it, but I also came way down in price, cuz we wanted out.

well, our house has been on the market for 1 and half weeks so far and we have had 6 showings (2 of them being second showings) but no offers yet we have an open house this Sunday.

Our house was on the market for 9 months before we received an offer. We had decent amount of showings but ultimatly I think we might have been priced a little high. If you are priced right and have the right REA then you will get showings. We will be closing next month and their has been a sign on my lawn for 11 months.

We got an offer after 2 weeks. On the weekends we had about 5 people each day and then there were a few people who came during the week. We only had one open house, but it was the day of the noreaster and only 1 couple showed up. I think if it's priced right you will have a lot of interest.
