Benzoyl peroxide or salycylic acid or both?
CAN'T we use....I forget. My skin is breaking out and I want to go back to my ProActiv and I'm pretty sure it's okay but then I woke up this morning thinking about which one was bad, I can't remember.

Lots of girls on here still use it, their doctors say it's ok. My Dr. said I could use it, but I decided not to use it, even though my skin was a nightmare.

I've used Proactiv throughout pregnancy. My Dr. said it is fine.

I have been using Proactiv since around week 10. It really helped!
My doc ok's benzoyl peroxide 5% and under which Proactiv is.

My doctor said no salycylic acid but benzoyl peroxide is OK

Your welcome! I actually had to recently switch due to possible complications to Columbia (Dr. Klein felt that I should get their opinion b/c it is a possible rare condition and Columbia treats it far more often (if the baby has a TE Fistula she will need surgery) and they see if much more often than NSUH or LIJ.

Oh crap, no salicylic acid? That's in my make-up.
I never thought about it to be honest, I just thought it would be safe. Guess I'd better stop using it and ask my doctor.
