Question
I plan on asking my doctor about this when i see her next week but i thought i would ask you guys first
Is it safe to bike? not a stationary bike, i mean to bike around outside?

As long as it's an exercise you're used to doing & that there are no real jerky movements, it should be fine

Thanks, i bike a lot every summer, but i have not biked since last fall, i guess i should wait and ask my dr.
its so nice out i would love to go for a bike ride!

I know pregnant women cant horseback ride or ride Jetskis..Bikes Im not sure about though.

Well, I've heard mixed things about biking. Since our balance is a litle out of whack, they say to be VERY cautious if you plan on doing it.
IMO - I was too scared for fear of falling.

DH and I wanted to go for a bike ride yesterday (gorgeous weather outside!) so I called my doctor. She said no only because I've not been biking at all my whole pregnancy and I'm in my 8th month. She said it's best not to start anything new this far into pregnancy. I would wait to talk to your doctor.

I usually bike in the summer but I have not ventured on it at all.
I am really concerned with my balance. I don't want to chance it.
