What's your preferance - pool side or ocean side??
Even though the beach is awesome, I still prefer to lay pool side with a cocktail and a book.
How about y'all???

Ocean - I like the sound. Pool side can be noisy and not very relaxing IMO.

I'm a pool girl. Or boat.
I LOVE the water but HATE sand. I'll deal but prefer pool.
As far as room view, def Ocean! Love to hear the waves crashing & read a book on the balcony.

I love both equally. THe pool wins out most of the time because it's closer and my Mom has all the supplies there that I would have to stock up for going to the Beach!

Definitely POOL. I like to look at the ocean but I hate getting in it and I hate the sand more.

I say Ocean - but for my HM we went with Pool front - cause we had a swim up pool

At a resort I prefer pooside - especially if they have a swim-up bar
If I want relaxation, I hit the beach.

I too love pool side. I'm deathly afraid of fish so I hate the ocean, sadly I don't mind laying on a beach, but I hate ocean water. Give me a pool anyday

if i'm away, i definitely prefer ocean side... i grew up with an in ground pool at my house so maybe i take it for granted a bit, i feel likea have a pool at "home", but i sure don't live on the ocean! lol plus, i like the sound of the water, i think it's very relaxing. the pool definitely tends to be noiser.
