I have one like the 1st one and it was good for awhile but eventually it gets beat up going in and out of a diaper bag and the material kept falling off. I would go for #2 just from my experience.

The second one just looks like a Huggies case that someone painted on, the other one looks like a wallet. I prefer the first one.
