My personal opinion is that a glass of wine at this point is not bad for you at all. The baby is fully developed and a glass of wine can be very relaxing in the third trimester!

I agree, there is no harm in having a glass here and there once you are in your 3rd trimester..it is a personal decision but I had about 3-4 glasses during my 3rd trimester with NO guilt

A ped told me that you can but you probably should pump a little supply before drinking then discard the milk after you drink

I always have a glass a wine when Im particularly stressed out....It doesnt happen very often mind you but it does happen...it makes me feel better...The stress isnt good for the baby either...

yes, pump and dump! And I heard you don't want to booze it up and skip pumping because you might interefere with your milk supply, as it works on supply and demand (not to mention it might become painful not to relieve your breasts of the milk!) I have a feeling I'll be stocking up, and pumping and dumping quite often  I guess I'll see how it works?! I have no idea?!

Cosmo's!! I'm with ya.. beer, wine, sangria- I love and miss it all.
My DH had actually poured me a glass of red wine the other night! I guess HE had no issues w/ it!

I had a glass last weekend and it was great! Many OBs are all for it.
As for BFing - pump and dump allows you to eat/rink anything! enjoy!
