We get up, have breakfast, change into gym clothes and head to the Y in the morning and we're home in time for lunch and naptime. If I try to do anything at home it's whens he's napping.

I work from home on tuesday and friday and I have an eliptical at home so on those days I get on there for 30 to 40 mintues while she naps around 10:30 in the morning and then I shower.

The rest of the week I try to at least on mondays and thursdays to do a half hour after I put her to be around 8pm. Weekends, usually in the morning.

Now that the weather is suppose to get better I hope to get out with her after work on Mon, Wed and thurs and take her for a walk a couple times up and down our street, which is a hill or go for a bike ride.

I try to take an hour walk at least every day or every other day. We also do Mall walking on the weekend if the weather is bad.

I owe walking to my post pg weight loss that's for sure! CT is good for walking, lots of hills!

Same here.
I work from home so it's hard for me to take an hour or so to go to the gym although one of these years when she goes to school I would like to go back!

Same routine here. The nursery at my gym is fantastic.

Now that I have a "mandatory" hour long lunch break Chat Icon AND we have a gym in my office building, I work out about 3 times a week during my lunch break.

I have some SAHM friends who go to gyms that offer child watching services - I know the YMCA in our neighborhood does, and so does our neighborhood Bally's, but I never used them.

When DS gets up at 5:15 for his first bottle, I wake up and change into workout clothes. Feed him puthim back to sleep (or just back in the crib) and I work out til 6 then get in the shower. I've only been doing this 3 weeks but figured I might as well make the most of my early wakeup calls, otherwise I will never do it at night. This was my workout time prebaby also.
Sometimes DH takes the 5:15 bottle and that's when I can workout extra long.

I do not "work out", but I do walk to from Penn Station to my job pretty much every day (today I didn't because of the rain) - that is 18 city blocks each way and during lunch I try to get out and about. At night I TRY to get a pilates tape on, but lately I'm just so tired. I have never woke up earlier than I am supposed to to work out, I don't have that kind of discipline.

i try to do a video during their afternoon nap or jump on the treadmill after they are in bed.

I've recently starting making this a priority and joined a gym so I would have to hold myself more accountable since it is $50 a month! I go to spinning class every MWF for about an hour. This is when Jack is at preschool and Molly goes to the childcare center at the gym. If my work schedule is too hectic I will try to go when DH gets home even if it is jus tfor 1/2 hour doing weights.

I go walking at night with a girlfriend in the neighborhood when my dh is home. It is good excerise and a great "therapy" session too!

I walk on the treadmill before they wake up. I also try to go for walks right when I get home before we eat dinner at night when it is nice.
