My dr said I could b/c the tums was not cutting it for me.
He told me that when his wife was PG, she lived on Pepcid. I take it and it's worked wonders!!
Ask your dr to be sure

I know my Dr. told me I could take Zantac. I would asssume that Pepcid is okay too.

I was told both are okay. I take Zantac, pepcid doesn't work for me anymore.
