What would you like better?
A friend of mine who has been trying to get pregnant for 3 years is finally pregnant
I want to send her something small - would you like a frame for a sonogram picture or pregnancy journal better?

Both are really nice but it depends on her personality. Is she the type that would like to sit & write in a journal?
Personally, I would prefer the frame but, either one is very thoughtful

i think the frame. journals are iffy - some people write in them, some don't.

Out of your two selections I voted for frame. As much as I love the journals, I have never once written in mine out of laziness

I say the journal. You can get a journal that has a page for each sono pic (keep in mind that sono pics fade so that is why I am never got the frame - i just photocopy my sono pics and put the copies in my journal).
I personally LOVE The Belly Book, by Amy K. It has prompts so its actually fun to write it - and in addition to slots of each sono pic there is a page for a belly pic each week also!!
