Re: ct ladies
I don't really know much. I think there are nice parts and not-so-nice parts. (doesn't every town have those?)
We went to a wedding at someone's house in Shelton once and the neighborhood was gorgeous....probably a million dollar home though. Sorry I can't be of much help!

Re: ct ladies
I am !
We live in Monroe- but it borders Shelton. My very good friend lives in Shelton and is an elementary School teacher in Shelton and her husband works for a major company in Shelton!
Ask away!
ETA: the really expensive parts of shelton is "huntington"
but the above poster is right, there are REALLY nice and affordable homes in Shelton, but there is an area that isn't the greatest to live- NOt so much dangerous, just not kept up- old downtown area- fm for more details...
I would say there are more nice parts then not so nice parts

Re: ct ladies
My brother lives in Shelton (actually, the town is called Huntington). He is off Rt. 108 (Nichols Ave) and Huntington Street, which is north of Exit 51 off the Merritt Parkway. He's right near the Brownson Country Club. They really like it there. They moved there from Fairlfield because the school are much better. Any specific you want to know I can ask him, I'm sure he'll know.
