Beginning of third Trimester
And I am having these weird pains in my stomach area - maybe it's stretching? It's like a little bit of cramping on the sides of my belly. Could it be that I just started the Iron pills and I am just gassy and getting used to them?
I don't think this is anything I should be worried about - I just wanted to see if anyone else felt this?

Iron pills can 100% do that for you.
I am anemic right now, but b/c of my stomach issues I cant take the Iron supplements b/c of what they do to your stomach.
It should get better once your body adjusts.

I'm not on iron pills, but I just started my 3rd trimester and I've been having some pains in my left side too.
Dr. said it was "normal" stretching and moving around
