stessed and fighting with dh??
is the home-buying process doing this to anyone else??
yesterday, we had a whopper of a fight over NADA. we're so stressed we even argued about who had more of the sheets in bed and who was taking up more space on the mattress!!
please, tell me we're not alone

We were extremely stressed out when we were buying our house (especially because we were planning a wedding also)
It will get better I promise!

we fight more now because of all the repairs we have to do in the house..
but oh well.
what are u going to do, it is a very stressful time!

I have to agree. Now we are selling a home while looking for a home and there are definately moments of hostility.
I just stay quiet and let the storm pass.

OMG, this is my hugest fear!!!!  It was bad when we were looking for a house, now it's bad because of the renovations we're doing on our place, which we want to sell and buy up rather soon - and I can just imagine what it'll be like if we have to manage buying and selling at the same time

Welcome to my life...we fight everyday about something - more than likely something so stupid like what color to paint the entryway or why are his tools sitting on the new granite tops 
We are also very short with each other -if I don't agree with him - he's mad and doesn't understand what i "don't like" about it...
Hopefully this will all blow over once we are settled and we can FINALLY enjoy the work and fights we've put into it

we were both on edge when we were buying too, we had so much work to do to the house all ourselves while working full time. I also was SOOO nervous about it being "right", so I was starting with him about stuff
I get myself worked up about change, good or bad all the time.

I was just reading that making a move was one of the biggest stresses a couple will face-right up their with dealing with a family death, having a baby and going thru a seperation!!!
Its totally normal! Everuyone I know(including myself) has gone thru it,
its a huge change you're going thru-emotionally&financially, and that can be scary-esp for guys-financial issues are a lot more stressful to guys! you'll get thru it...good luck!

We haven't been fighting, but we have gotten snippy with each other. We were both really stressed out at various points in this process (and will be again, I'm sure) and sleeping badly.
DH seems to be more anxious about it all than I am at this point. The whole process is very stressful, and some things did go wrong for us as well.
I think this has to be one of the most stressful things you can do. We're TTC also, and that hasn't been going well, so that may be putting us on edge also.

I feel your pain except for us its because of the renovations- we been at each others throats like cats and dogs.

OMG i know what you are talking about!!!!!! me and my DH just signed contracts and the fights get worse, it is so stressful!!!!!!!! but dont worry i think everyone goes through this......this is a very stressful process, its such a big investment!!!!!!!! it will get better
