It's a DONE DEAL!!!
So, we sold our townhouse yesterday. Closing went well. Crappy part is that now we have to rent for 3 months until our house is ready. The current owner has a child in school and won't move until the end of the school year. So we are now in a tiny little apartment. The only good thing is that we can both walk to work.
What a relief, I thought we were never going to sell.
