cramping?

Hi Ladies,

I'm just about 10weeks and have been feeling slight cramping down there on off last night and now, today. Nothing too bad but definitely noticable- no blood or anything. Should I be concerned or is this all par for the course. TIA

Re: cramping?

I had cramping on an off through my 9th or 10th week, now I get it sporadically but not every day. I've had no bleeding or spotting so far.

I think as long as you aren't bleeding you are fine.

Re: cramping?

Par for the course! I've had AF type cramping for weeks...its finally dying down now in my 12th week but now I am starting to get sharper streching pains...espeically when I move to fast or turn over in bed. As long as the cramps aren't severe or unbearable I'd say no worries!

Re: cramping?

I also had cramping on and off in the first trimester and was told it was ligament stretching.

Re: cramping?

i am in the middle of my 10th week and periodically still feel crampiness down there. most of the time it's tugging/pulling, but sometimes it feels AF-like. it's a little unsettling, but as far as i understand it's par for the course!
