how are you doing it? I clicked through the email, and shopped and made sure that the "spring fling" promo was in my cart and deducting the $20. Then I purchased through an ebates link to get the rebate.

How does ebates work?
Ebates is like online shopping with UPromise, except that the percentages are better and it doesn't go to a 529. Basically you click through their site and get a percentage back in addition to being able to use any coupons you have. For shoebuy.com its 10%.
