Horrible dreams...
What happened to the X-rated ones you all are speaking about???
My dreams are so frightening that I had to wake up DH last night because my heart was racing so fast! I was being kidnapped 
Is this normal or am I just having high anxiety?

well, if it's not normal, then i am right there with you in abnormality.
the night before last i had the most vivid nightmare - i woke up yelling. and the weirdest part about it was, i had only been asleep for like 10 minutes?!
it was crazy.
here's to having xxx ones from now on!

I wish I had the xrated dreams! I keep dreaming that I'm mad at DH...last night he was drilling my teeth (hes a dentist) and he got up in the middle of it to go to lunch w/his friends and left me w/this big gaping hole in my tooth!! I was so annoyed!

i have nightmares too. I had one DH died...I woke both of us up screaming.

I have alot of X rated ones but I get nightmares too. Luckily I am a horror movie junkie so when I was dreaming of zombies I woke up and tried to go right back to sleep to get back into it.

I've had horrible ones too. Just last night I dreamed that a fire broke out in our college dorm (DH lived in the room above me in college) and I couldn't get to him. I was a wreck. Sometimes these dreams make me cry all day because they are so real.
