Con freaking Ed
Tell me how I received a bill for the first time and they charged me $132??? Including a $60 charge for gas. Funny since I have not yet used the oven and I turned on the stove a total of 5 times in less than a month. Puzzling to me.
I am going to call them because its all so confusing to me. I know there is no hope and I just have to pay this but I know its wrong. We started paying Feb 1 but we didnt move in until the 22nd.
Can anyone shed some light? Are they charging us ahead of time or something like that?

Do you have gas heat?
Does gas heat your water for showers or sink water?

Yeah well I never claimed to be smart!
The landlord was up in our apt because the oven doesnt work so she explained to us that its estimated. They couldnt read the meter since she was away and its in the garage.
