went to the dr yesterday
I am 1.5 centimeters, the babies head is down and my cervix is soft. I am not due to the 25th but if I don't have the baby by next Tuesday I am going to be enduced since the baby is big.
The strange thing is I don't have any pains excpet at night. Last night I couldn't sleep with a burning pain in my stomach and I felt nasausas. This happen to anyone else? Also can you continue to dialate even if your water doesnt break?

I've heard you can dilate a bunch without the water breaking. Sometimes it's stubborn.

You can dilate without your water breaking...it happened to my mom with me. They had to break her water for her! I have that burning sensation/nausea alot lately..but I am not dilated yet...just soft and thinning.

You can definitely dialate without your water breaking. With my 1st son I was scheduled for a c-section but I went into labor the night before and I was already 6 cm by the time I got to the hospital and my water never broke. They eventually took me in to do the c-section.

first..labor vibes!!!!!!!!!!!
2nd...water only breaks like 20% of the time..
3rd..imagine if those symptoms were the worst it got? yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

I did have a burning pain but the entire 9th month up to delivery. I can't answer that bc I didn't dialate at all, I needed Cervadil...
Hope you go on Saturday though-St. Patrick's Day!!!!!!!
