Sleeping-did your doc give you anything?
I havent been able to sleep. I mean no sleep to the point if I doze off for a few minutes at night I am back up. I am rreally restless and ready to scream.
Its been for the past few weeks. In the hospital they gave me 5mg ambien but I wonder if I can have that now I am home???

Wow, I had no idea about the Tylenol PM, that works great!
My doc told me Unisom also but I haven't tried it. I hope you get some

tylenol Extra stregth
tylenol cold and sinus
tylenol pm
etc.....

tylenol PM is just tylenol with benedryl. so you can take a benedryl as well for sleep.
My OB said OK to this, but told me to try to not depend on it since it dries you up and can leave you foggy.

My doc gave me Ambien. It is safe as long as you don't take it all the time, but that is the same for all of these types of medications during PG.
p/s - The active ingredient in Unisom is Benadryl as well.
