Fish during pregnancy = higher IQ
My brother-in-law who is a dr (not obgyn) forwarded me this article about how women who eat fish (he said salmon specifically) during pregnancy have children with higher IQ's...I have been avoiding fish bc of mercury, but i take a prenatal with omega-3...even so, i think i will start eating salmon much more often...

Not all fish has high mercury. Salmon is just fine, I love it and always eat a lot of of.

If you dont like fish you can always take fish oil supplements. . . and a lot of the prenatals have DHA supplements in them as well.
Baby formulas are all starting to have DHA supplements as well - so the industry is really getting on the fish oil movement.

That study is from pregnant mothers from 1991 and 1992? Seems a little out of date IMO. Mercury levels are probably higher in the fish these days since there is more pollution, etc.
I'm with the others..what does it say about McD's
