going into your 4th month.
The month thing confuses me. When people ask I just tell them the week & let them do the math

It is confusing! 
But I think they figure it like 0-4 weeks, 4-8, 8-12, 12-16, etc. So 12 weeks is 4th month.

I was going to start telling at 12weeks
just called my sister and told her she siad she knew and my couisns had a fealing also
so .........
I think i will still hold off on telling my work place till 12weeks
