Natural Bridge in Aruba
I could not believe this when I read it and saw the pics. DH & I were just there last year for our HM and I have pics of us on the bridge and underneath it.

OMG!!!
I have video tape of me standing right by the bridge from last year...I can't believe it's gone. It's a good thing no one was on it when it collapsed.

I was there on the day it collapsed!!!
Aruba was a stop on our cruise. The locals were very sad about it. They were just glad that no one was hurt since it happened so early in the morning.
Poor Aruba.. they are having such a bad, bad year

They think it happened between 4-5 AM. Since it wasn't discovered until 6AM when the gift shop keeper went into work.
ETA- also they were saying that there is another smaller natural bridge nearby that will most likely take this one's place as this was Aruba's national symbol.
They equated it with the Statue of Liberty falling down in the U.S.
