They have them at BRU and at the outlets in Riverhead b.c I got a kick out of parking in them. Never noticed them before about a month ago.

Yes, just courtesy. There are not regulated like Handicapped spots.
That's why I have a "sticker" for handicapped.  I love it.

I remember having them in NC at the grocery stores...they were the spaces on each side of the cart returns. That way you could put your kids in the car and not go too far to return your cart! [the spaces were marked expectant moms and moms with kids] I liked them a lot.
Now with my desk job, I figure I need the exercise and don't even bother looking for better parking.

The only place I have seen them at it BBB and BRU. Most supermarkets have them only for moms with children, but hey, my child is still in my stomach, so technically, she is with me........

Stop and Shop used to have them near me, but they took them all out.
When I lived in NC and was pregnant with my son there were soooo many places that had pregnant parking. It was great!
