flavored water? stupido question
I know most of them have fake sugar, so I stopped drinking them, but I just bought a case of Propel last night, because that is made with real sugar right? Is it okay to drink?

Yes, it is. It is labeled as sucralose. Sucralose = splenda
ETA: They seem to be sneaking sucralose into many foods lately, even w/o stating it on the front of the package. I always check b/c my stomach can't handle it so be careful and read all your labels.

BUT, it has acesulfame potassium in it, which I was told was a no-no!!! Many drinks seem to have this stupid ingredient snuck into them. I drank this often before pregnancy and I want it!!!

Gatorade is nice. Pretty much any juice, as long as it's not the light juice with artificial sweeteners.
