Re: Should I Go to the ER?
I would call and ask to speak with your doctor. If you can't get through, call your primary care physician and see what they recommend. If you go to the ER, they would send you up to Labor & Delivery and monitor the baby and put you on an IV drip if you are dehydrated but you may be waiting a while before you get to that point. I'd try getting in touch with your doctor first and then go if you have no luck. Feel better!!!!

Re: Should I Go to the ER?
I would absolutely go. OR I would call back and demand to speak to your doctor. Dehydration could bring on contractions, this happened with my sister when she was about 25 weeks and they kept here there overnight with IVs. Good luck.

Re: Should I Go to the ER?
I had this a few weeks ago. They said if it vomiting and diarrhea, that it is the stomach flu. I was lucky that the vomiting stopped in about 24 hours and they told me to take an immodium so I wouldn't dehydrate from the diarrhea. I did lose 6 pounds in 3 days and they said the baby was fine because he/she was taking all the nutrients from me that were needed. The only thing a hospital can do (because it's a virus) is hook you up to an IV. If you've been vomiting and sick for over 24 hours, then go to the hospital. But only you know what your body is going through.
