Carseat ? for BTDT moms
So Parker is almost 19 pds already and her feet are almost hanging off the bottom on the infant car seat. She goes for her 6 month check-up on Monday and I think the ped is going to tell me it's time to switch to the convertible car seat. Parker can sit unassisted, but she is still grasping the hang of it. What did you do when went shopping at this stage? Did you bring the stroller or try and prop them in the shopping cart? I have one of those protective covers, but I just can't see her sitting in it yet. Any advice suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Parker and I do most of the shopping and errands while daddy is at work.

At that age I propped Kerri in the shopping cart with the cover...can't think of the name of it...and she did great

I used my stroller and put my purchases in the stroller basket or I used my baby bjorn.

The floppy seat you mean?
I actually used it for the first time the other day. She did good for awhile then I guess got tired of sitting and kept keeling over on me.Image Attachment(s):
