Is anyone seeing a nutritionist?
is it worth it? I am already overweight and I really want to try to eat very healthy during my pregnancy. I am 7 weeks and so far (except for a donut binge over the weekend!  ) I have been doing fine. Has anyone seen one and found it beneficial?

I had a few extra pounds but I just started to eat healthier and watch my portions.

I honestly dont think you need to see one.
Maybe talk to your doctor and see what weight gain would be good for you and your baby and body.
Its the only time you can indulge and you are going to want more calorie intake but also not overdue it.
I noticed by 2nd trimester..I needed more food! 
Now I calmed down a bit but I crave certain things so I eat it. I also eat fast food...so its a little bit of everything.
Enjoy the pregnancy and everything in moderation
