I am almost 9 weeks, and would like to start using a journal. Anyone have one that they love?

Re: Pregnancy Journals
No recommendations from me, unfortunately, but one thing I can say is that I do regret not keeping one! Good luck

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I tried to keep one - but honestly I ended up that same night throwing in the towel. I don't know why but I just couldn't get into it for some reason.

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I made a scrapbook - I wrote about the week, took pictures every week, etc. I only got to 20 weeks though....still need to finish it!

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I made a pregnancy scrapbook with pics of the pregnancy, sono pics, important dates and some poems. I will then begin one for the baby once she is born.

Re: Pregnancy Journals
Im just keeping a photo album that has a spot to write next to each picture. So far I have my 2 sono's and my 5 week belly pic. I made little notes next to the pictures (like heartbeat rate and due date, etc) so I will just keep that until the baby is born.

YUP!! This is my project over the next few days. I think I'll do two pages a month with other pages thrown in there for some others... day we did the IVF, day we found out, the shower.
Luckily, I have a ton of sonogram pictures because I get more than most and tons of pregnancy pics.
I better finish it within the week to be on the safe side

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I absolutely LOVE The Belly Book by Amy K.
It is so well organized and makes keeping a journal so easy. There are prompts to write info (cravings, how you are feeling, etc) as well as slots for a belly pic each week and sono pics...i highly recommend it...here is a link for it on amazon: The Belly Book

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I tried it but I have had such a hard pregnancy that I did not want to write in it anymore. I should write more in it.

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I consider this site to be somewhat of a pregnancy journal - I feel I can look back and read about what I was writing about in a specific week ...
I do want to put the sono pics in a baby album ...

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I got the Everything Pregnancy Journal. It's a little book with room to write in a little something everyday if you want. It also has a little space at the beginning of each month for a picture and some feelings. It also has a what to expect each month section too. I got it so that I could look back on my pg years from now if I have another and be like, "Oh, this is when thi happened to me last time," and I could see the difference.

Re: Pregnancy Journals
I bought The Pregnancy Journal by A.Christine Harris, PhD for both of my pregnancies. It has a daily account of what happens with the baby's development and little cultural side notes (child birth in other cultures) and daily quotes. I now can refer back to the one I kept with my son for this pregnancy and its very helpful. Its fun to read some of my comments ( "I think I felt you kick for the first time tonght") and know whats in store for me possibly in the next few weeks.
