back pain?
is back pain normal so early on? Latley i have bad back pain in my lower back more towards my left side. It almost feels more like its my tailbone rather then a muscle pain. It's hard to describe but its very uncomfortable and i dont know if I hurt my back or if its related to the pregnancy

Re: back pain?
this might be completely off, but could it be gas? i've been having all sorts of weird gas pains lately, and one of the pains feels like it's in my tailbone, especially when i sit down...

Re: back pain?
My lower back has been hurting and I was wondering if it was the way I slept. I'm only 13 weeks.

Re: back pain?
Do you a little belly already? Did you notice if you butt sticks out?
If so, it will affect the tilt of your pelvis and your lower spine curve.

The book pregnancy week by week says you may get back pain from the sciatic nerve

Re: back pain?
I had it a few weeks ago around 11 weeks...I thought it was too early, but the Dr said it was normal. He suggested taking Tylenol every 6 hours...it was gone within a few days. Hope you feel better!! I know how horrible it can feel!

Re: back pain?
as soon as organs and insides start shifting it could definitely put pressure on nerves and strain muscles that aren't used to holding the body up that way. resting will help - you can also do cold packs
