Where did you have your Ultrascreen?
Still deciding whether to take the test but decided to make the appointment just to have it. Well, they don't do it in my dr's office (which I really wish they did) and the hospital my dr. says to call is all booked so just wondering where you had it done and how the experience was. Thank you!
Also, if you had it done at a hospital how did you get your results? From the dr. or the hospital? TIA!

I had the ultrascreen at nyu and my doctor called me with results, so I assume they fax over the results to the doctor's office...

The ultrasceen was at North Shore University Hospital -- most Dr's offices don't have such sophisticated equipment, and usually they send you to the hospital they are affiliated with.
I got the results immediately, as I walked out of the room at the hospital.

I did not do it but I do all my tests at Madonna prenatal

My sister is having it done at Madonna Perinatal.

Wow really! Don't they do a blood test as part of it? How did they get the results so fast? This is where I was supposed to have it done but they are all booked

The OB gave me a finger=prick kit when I went to his office - a few weeks before the actual ultrascreen. By the time I went in, they already had my blood test results loaded into the computer.

I did mine at Madonna Perinatal as well. My OB had my results in less than a week.

I did mine at Lenox Hill.. I didn't know it wasn't an option not to do the ultra screen.
Due to the results, we opted not to do the amnio. the Dr.'s office called w/ in a week w/ the results.

obstectrics and gynecology at stony brook, in e. setauket had all my sonos there, my high risk ob was there also so it was convenient
