At 1st I always thought it would bother me, but now I changed my mind.
My sister bought a house in Maryland, and after she was living there about 6 months she found out someone hung themself in the house!!! She only found out by chance, because my Mom was visiting and doing some gardening and talking to the neighbor. The neighbor said something along the lines of "it is so nice to see a nice young professional living here after what happened" and then told my Mom the story. My sister was a little freaked at 1st and when I visited after that I was too but if the neighbor never said anything she still wouldn't know.

It wouldn't bother me unless it was one of those "famous" murders or something. If it were the Amityville House of Horror and I had a million people driving past my house everyday and taking pics...that would bother me.

my grandmother died in my house- she had cancer and wanted to die there with family around her rather than in a hospital/nursing home- so it would not bother me to buy a house someone died in, however a murder might freak me out

If it was suicide or fowl play then YES, absolutely. If it was an elderly person who died in their sleep or something, at first it would but I would look past it if I loved the house. GL.

If someone was murdered - yes it would bother me. If someone died under normal circumstances/natural causes, I think I'd be ok.

No, it doesn't bother me. My building is 50+ years old. I'm sure at least one person has died there in the past. And I think in my apartment, too!

Unless it was some crazy high profile murder, I wouldn't care. I guess since my father died at home I never really thought someone else would have a problem living there.
