IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO KEEP LOTS OF FOOD DOWN GATORADE IS GREAT Because IT KEEPS YOU HYDRATED AND HELPS YOUR BODY REPLENSH ELECTROLyTES.. IF YOU ARE able to keep some food down watch the sodium intaje

It's the only thing that helped me. I drank it by the gallon and I'm fine. I just tried to make sure I also drank a lot of water and I made sure I didn't have too much salt in any of my meals!

I used to cut it will Pelligrino so it was a little more carbonated and "lighter"
Worked great when I was feeling yucky.

It helped with my m/s too, but I couldn't drink a lot of it or I'd throw up.....
But it is fine to drink. It is good if you can't keep a lot down. I never bothered to cut it with anything tho.
