Bayside Coop Owners

In general how large are the 2 bedroom co-ops in the Bayside Area? Are they under 1000 square feet? TIA!

Do you mind me asking which complex in Bayside you live in?

Re: Bayside Coop Owners

Thanks! From looking at some of the apartments online they look somewhat small. I live in a 2 br coop now and all of the listings I've seen pictures for in Bayside look much smaller. I have about 1000 sq and the 2 BR listings for Bayside look like they are only about the size of the 1BR in my building (750-800SF). I guess pictures can be deceiving...going to have to check out some open houses this weekend. What are the communities with the biggest/nicest 2 br under $300K? TIA

Re: Bayside Coop Owners

Basically I think it depends on what you need to be close to. Alley Pond has really nice ones with parking spaces, but your not to close walking distance to anything. Where i am, we're right off Bell so everything is close by, but we don't have a parking spot, but i can walk to the LIRR instead of taking the bus which can take over an hour.

I live in Alley Pond. The 2Beds are a decent size and it's a nice development. I would def reccommend checking it out!

The 2 bedrooms in Hollis Court are a little more than 800 sq ft but I would highly recommend going to see the space. We were upfront about the size and people were shocked by how much larger it looked. We had a lot of closets and storage so it made a difference.

Re: Bayside Coop Owners

We have a 2 bdrm in Bayside and it's 1200sqft.

It's the Windsor Park complex. If you go to their website, there's a few 2bdrms for sale I think. One of them, the kitchen looks incredible!! Brand new (not mine, so it's not a sales pitch Chat Icon )

Best of luck to you!
