I am back from my first "Sono"....
We saw the baby's heartbeat and it was a fast steady flicker like everyone said it would be-its the best darn flicker me or DH ever saw
My doc said although I may hate my nausea it is actually telling him that my hormones have reached a crital level of supporting our lil bit hence the reason I am so sick. I cant fly for work..bummer  ..the bad news is that I am a good candidate for repeat Hyperemesis gravadium so I have an unlimited amountof doc notes for sick days..lets hope I dont have to use them.

Yay - so happy that you got to see your little one!!! It also sounds like your doctor is really on top of things.
Honestly he's one of the best docs I've ever had-I can call him at anytime and he'll have his staff amke an appt for me no matter my concern.
