I am trying not to get to excited because I know that they are allowed to continue showing the place until we are in contract. They accepted our offer below asking price, so if someone makes a higher offer, we are out of luck... and then we need to get approved by the board!! 
It is a co-op on 37th and 2nd in the city. I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well and we go to contract!!

My advice to you is to get the wheels moving yourself. As soon as our offer was accepted we had the inspection done within 48 hrs. Contracts were drawn that week.
The ball is in your court...go get your home!

I agree! We had our offer accepted last Fri, they met with their lawyer to draw up the contract on Weds and we had the house accepted on Weds as well. We're now waiting for our lawyer to call... We're hoping they don't get a higher offer!
It's hard after all that's done, it's like hurry up and wait!!!

That's a nice area. It's pretty quiet, but you are still close to busier parts of the city.
Congratulations!!! We're in the same boat right now, and I feel like I'm going to puke half the time too. The good news is that I don't want to eat, so my holiday weight should disappear!
