Interest Rates..
I about to lock in my rate at 6.25% and am not thrilled about it...is this normal..

Agreed. A month ago, they were 6%, but 6.25 is good for now. Monday they were near 6.3%.

Ok, well i guess i feel a little better about this. Im doing interest only at 6.25% and will try and pay more towards my principal.
