Hilarious!
I just called on a SMALL house for sale in Smithtown (I was trying for you Kerry!) that was recently renovated from a real dumpy house.
I asked him how many bedrooms and he says 5. I said "Five???" He said "yeah - there are 5 rooms in the place, you can do whatever you want with them". Ha ha ha - what kind of answer is that??
The topper is they want $510,000 for this house - you GOTTA be kidding me!! It is SMALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a house in smithtown last summer - same thing - it was a tiny P.O.S. and they wanted $450 for it - its probably the same house 
there was also a house on MLS we went to see - it was only $389 - but it was built in like 1900 - it was on .75 of an acre, but it was on a steep hill and the house was far back on the property - and the rooms were so tiny-it would be borderline child abuse to put a kid in them!!!
