We closed on the 20th of December. It was in the contract that she take the basketball poll...we didn't have a problem with that. But she sent strange men over to our house and took extra crap that wasn't agreed on!!!
If that stuff is not returned by tomorrow, we're calling the cops.
i would call your attorney as well. not to offend anyone but i doubt the cops will do much. file a report perhaps but they may just tell you to call them if it happens again.

Oh my god!!!! I would definietely call the police on them the next time they come around and also tell her she is no longer welcome on your property. Tell her she can call the post office and have her mail forwarded to her new address. She is unbelieveable!

that is so annoying ... tell them to get thier mail forwarded from the post office - it is one simple form to fill out!
I can't believe they too the other stuff - that is crazy!

So she didn't call OR bring the stuff back yesterday.... My dh is calling her today...I'll let you know the update later.
We also got her mail delivered to our house and the mailman said that they need to put a new request in for moving the mail because it has expired. Oh I"m so tempted to throw it all away....

You need to tell her that on top of having her mail forwarded she needs to contact her bank, cc's, etc and actually change her address. The post office does not notify them of new addresses unless the company specifically pays for that service.
When my ILs moved they didn't believe me and we were getting all of their mail for months. I threated to start writing "Return to sender, no longer at this address" and then they changed the address and Holy Cow! They got their mail at their new address!

After we had the leak in our house and fought with them about getting it fixed cause they were still living here The made a big deal about a house thing that was attached to the house... It cost 20 bucks  FREAKING TAKE IT. Mean while they left a lawnmower on the side of the house for 2 weeks.

I would file a police report just to have it on record. I would then send her a copy of that report by certified mail, return receipt requested, and inform her that if she or anyone else were to set foot on my property again, I would have her or them arrested. I'd, also, inform my attorney of this incident. At the very least, this was trespassing. At the most, it was theft.
Just wanted to add, as far as the mail is concerned, you are under no obligation to forward it to her. You can go to the post office and fill out a form letting them know that this particular person doesn't live at that address anymore and that all mail for that person should be stopped. I had to do this with some company that was looking for my father, even though he had been dead for 25 years. If any gets through, just write on it "return to sender - addressee unknown".

Here's the next update...
My Dh calls her today and asks her why didn't she return the items yesterday and/or call. Of course she made up some excuse.. My dh told her that she better return the items today or he's calling the police and not only report her for stolen property, but for trespassing. She told my dh that she will return all the items today EXCEPT the seeder for the fertilizer...because...get this...it's hers. She then says that if we want, she give us money for a new seeder.
I'm calling my lawyer tomorrow.
