GOOD CALL On that! I noticed that too! THAT was the only place they left us hanging...well they didnt tell us when George died or what happened to Vanessa....but still.

maggie is not pregnant. she is a pharmaceutical rep. she was probably selling drugs to the doctor.

I finally watched it last night. I thought it was a great ending. The whole time Ted was on the show I thought he looked familiar. He went to Northport High School. When the credits came up I remembered to check for his name..Chris Messina. Image Attachment(s):

I watched the final AGAIN last night and was still so moved by the ending!!! I definitely picked up somethings that I missed the first time I watched it. I also did hear Billy rambling on about claire and ted and he definitely BORED Brenda to death!!

ETA: it was really great that they showed how they all end up. Did anybody notice Darell holding that Asian guys hand? I think they were at Ruth's funeral. So I guess he's gay?
I think that was Anthony. Durrel went into the funeral business with David and married (a woman) and had a kid with her. ETA: check the scene with Claire's wedding.

I think the point they were trying to make with that scene with Maggie, is that Ruth found out that Nate was finally happy in his life...that Maggie and Nate connected on a much higher level.

He asked me out a couple of times when I was a freshman. 
Dh laughs- He said I should have went out with him..look at him now.
I think he looked better in high school.

Ugh! Just got to see the ending now and LOVED it....kinda strange that it took Claire and Ted 20 years to get together
